The guest accommodations are equipped with an extended range of amenities. Standard one bedrooms have one king bed in the bedroom, a hide a bed, full kitchen, and gas fireplace. The Grey Gull has a heated, outdoor pool, warmed up to 90 degrees, and a 104 degree, outdoor, hot tub. Both are open year round, weather permitting. There is an indoor sauna, as well. Although it is uniquely designed, the Grey Gull will feel like home to its guests.
