Situated 25 miles from the Cancun International Airport, this deluxe hotel offers 318 comfortable units in lush tropical gardens, surrounding the pool area. With a magnificent location at the heart of the hotel zone and only five minutes away from the downtown area, the Barcelo Costa Cancun is close to the best golf, shopping centers, restaurants and nightlife that Cancun has to offer.
The standard guest rooms come well appointed with a full range of amenities. The studios feature a kitchenette and a balcony. Barcelo Costa Cancun All Inclusive offers onsite dining, entertainment and is convenient to shopping venues.
The all inclusive nightly rate (marked "AI") at this hotel includes accommodations and taxes, all meals, drinks (domestic and selected import beverages), and gratuities in your nightly rate. They also include entertainment, theme parties, non motorized water sports and an activities club for kids aged 5 12. The European plan (marked "EP") includes room and tax only in the stated price.

Taxis are the simplest way to get around Cancun, and fare are moderate. Cabs are plentiful in the Hotel Zone and downtown; you can either flag one down or go to the taxi stand. Rates are posted at many hotel entrances, but you should establish the fare with the driver before getting in. Although tips are not expected, they are always appreciated.
Bus Service is another option; city buses and taxi vans, some of them air conditioned, run throughout the Hotel Zone and downtown. The fares, in general quire low, vary somewhat depending on the type of vehicle, between N$2 and N$3 per person. Buses can be crowded during rush hours 8 to 9am, 1 to 2pm, 4 to 5pm, and 7 to 9pm.
